The weeky 'Top 10' ranks the top ten impacts on the week as decided by the front office. See if you made it this week! Descends from number one to ten.
Rockstar Spud made the biggest impact on the week, in both the ring and in the hearts of many (with one particular red-headed newfound ally surely a great example). Not only did his band rock out the opener for The Bondage Bash's musical performance, but rectified his first wrong out of PrimeTime's debut installment with a poetic win over Raging Dead in the main event of the evening, advancing to this coming week's AWF Provincial Championship tournament finals! Spud is on top of the world -- can he stay firmly on Cloud Nine?
Ruxx Rampede's first win in Alberta Wrestling Federation history started off the show in a major way! A deeply inspiring moment to finally witness, the look of disbelief that came over the Binman's face should be the last we see of it, as between that and his last week's incredible Gauntlet for the Gold showing have proven that the Ironman of AWF is someone to be feared! He got a measure of redemption against Priscilla & the Prince and their tainted triumph over him on PrimeTime I, all at the same time! None of this could have been accomplished, however, without the supported his brothers-in-arms Big Homunculus and Black Clyde! 3BN is here in AWF to make a mark!
Max Ironside continued his rally back toward another shot at Priscilla Kelly and her AWF World's Championship at The Bondage Bash by literally decapitating his future opponent. Not jesting about the matter (see what we did there? With the mallet? See?), the Handicapped Hero offered up a great showing, once Big Homunculus finally allowed him to contribute. Putting whatever little known differences they seem to have with each other to the side, Max delivered in spades to help his team toward a victory! With that, he's got a win over Priscilla in at least some capacity -- will he be able to win when it matters most?
in one of the quickest matches yet in Alberta Wrestling Federation history, Orange Cassidy got a victory overJosé Roderick Figueiras, permitting his advancing to the finals of the AWF Provincial Championship tournament! Next week, Tropicana's Best Patron will clash in three way dance final against Barron Boneius (via Gold Rush's 'bye' match) and Rockstar Spud, where he has the chance to be the first of the Best Friends to bring home gold! The King of Sloth Style has proven to be more unpredictable than might have been originally anticipated, so there's no telling what we'll see when there's a chance to make history on the line!
Each week, Laci Valentine comes more and more into her own, proving she possesses an intuitive mind for the business and has 'future champion' (and perhaps 'future spouse' as well) written all over her! This week, she toppled over not one but two of AWF's, helping to silence the critics from her brief stint with the MadClan. With two wins now to her name, Laci hopes to improve her record with her first one-on-one victory this Tuesday, as she will clash with the newly independent Alaric Dracislav! Will the vampire draw blood, or will it be just another heartbreak?
Phil Goode's performance in the Redemption Royale II was dominate, to say the very least. Singlehandedly did he literally win the match, responsible for each elimination in the contest! Redeemed, he hopes to continue his rise back toward the championship picture starting with this coming PrimeTime's tag team bout where he teams with Eclipse to battle the debuting Death by Elbow tag team!
It seems so far as though Kolotov is better without his twin, as his first encounter teaming together with Leslie Jones (and also her official debut) lead to the first victory he could call his own! Obviously pleased as his life continues to look upward, can Leslie & Kolotov repeat history with the incoming quadruple tag team match to open next show?!
Despite his team's loss, Dyno-Mike nearly defeated the opposition on his own! With Barron Boneius in a different state of mind and Prince Albert less than himself, Mike saw no problem in handling business himself for the majority of the bout -- up until Black Clyde destroyed his momentum! Revenge possible considering the one-on-one encounter scheduled between the two men for PrimeTime VI, what will Dyno bring to the table?!
Eclipse had that triple threat well in hand for the largest parts of that match, even if her original advantage came about slyly. The She-Borg must ache for her first victory, and will have an opportunity to win out when she battles JT Dunn & Chris Hero in this week's tag tandem with 'The First'!
The Bondage Bash won't soon be forgotten, with Priscilla Kelly's house playing the setting for all drama that is bound to plague the Alberta Wrestling Federation for moons to come! AWF's World's Champion will look to solidify her slow takeover of the federation just a bit more this PrimeTime, when she meets one of wrestling's best ever in Raging Dead! What will happen when a legend in the making clashes with an icon of intensity? Tune in Tuesday to find out!
